learning abot triggers

hi all,

New to asthma , so still learning about what my triggers are, after having a heated conversation with my boyfriend yesterday which ended in my tears, i started having symptoms, coughing , feeling breatheless, and not feeling well so i ended up taking my blue inhaler to see if it calmed me down and it did, about two hours afterwards my mouth went dry and i felt faint but i managed to lie down quickly before i fell over, i was so shocked, this was the first time i had experienced this feeling, so confusing any advice why ? .

Emotion e.g. arguments, anger, laughter and stress etc can all set of your asthma if they are one of your triggers...
