insurance when travelling

going abroad this year now been told i have asthma, and getting treatment inhalers and tablets etc, never had hospital admission, relatively settled at moment , do u have to have different insurance cover that the one you get when you book ?

When taking out insurance. You need to declare all illness including asthma. They will ask further questions to see If you medical condition is covered by tHe standard insurance if not your be required to pay a further charge to cover this tho or be declined ..... If you take unwell for any pre existing condition whilst on holiday and it's not been brought to the attention of insurance company they can and usually will refuse to pay any cost for this ....
