sorry if everyone feeling rubbish, just im excited had a full day and did a nightshift and have not used my blue, started montelucast too, its just after feeling so rubbish i felt so happy actually gone this long without the blue :-) i just had to share

Lovely to hear! I know that feeling of relief when that happens from many periods of when my asthma has calmed down before, it is so exciting!! I hope it continues for you.
