Need advice

Hi, over the past year my asthma has been getting worse. I work as a gymnastics coach in a local council leisure centre. The hall that I coach in has 6 big fans that constantly blows cold air down. Ever since these fans have been put in my asthma has slowly became worse. I have spoke with my boss regarding this and still nothing has been done, the fans are there to push warm air down from the heating system, the problem is the heating goes on once a day.i coach in this hall nearly every day for hours at a time. Any ideas of what I should do?

Get in touch with ur union rep. Discuss ur concerns and they will b able to advice further. If not in a union u could discuss things with occupational health... Hope things improve soon for u
