are you going to learn to play then Katina? actually you see a few posts crop up and those who play woodwind instruments tend to have good lung function, or sing, and also the exercise background, maybe itt's just getting the lungs to workoutside of the normal sedentary range.

Nope, but many moons ago I used to sing soprano, but perhaps I should try it again, though I don't go for the church/cathedral choir stuff anymore, so don't know where else I can sing. Mind you I think Richard would rather I shut up in the shower.

I can play the didgidoo. I found it really hard work but it really helped my lungs at the time. I can't play it anymore, but it was a fantastic hobby to keep up

I played a dige for all of a few minutes about 5 years ago, and spent an hour feeling really light headed!
