Peak Flow monitoring technique

Hello!

I have another question.

When checking peak flow, do I:

a) Blow into the meter with all of my breath & effort, using every muscle that will assist in huffing out my breath.

b) Blow into the meter with my chest & diaphragm, using the muscles that typically are used when breathing normally.

If I do (a), I get a good 50 higher than if I do (b), but (b) seems to give a more ""honest"" result, linked to how my chest's feeling.
