Hello!
I have another question.
When checking peak flow, do I:
a) Blow into the meter with all of my breath & effort, using every muscle that will assist in huffing out my breath.
b) Blow into the meter with my chest & diaphragm, using the muscles that typically are used when breathing normally.
If I do (a), I get a good 50 higher than if I do (b), but (b) seems to give a more ""honest"" result, linked to how my chest's feeling.
