Acupuncture

Hey!

Does anyone here have any experience of acupuncture, particularly for treating asthma? Was it effective? How long did you need it for? And, most importantly, did it hurt?!

Am considering it but want to find a general concensus first!

Not for treating asthma (I don't think there is any evidence to support its effectiveness in asthma) but no, it doesn't hurt!
