Do you know if anything similar is run for adults? I'm struggling a fair bit with the staying positive aspect and with extreme anxiety around coping with my asthma at the moment and specific support like this could be the key intervention I need. I've got a fantastic GP who is closely monitoring me and has referred me to generalised people who can help me with how I'm feeling, but something specifically related to asthma would, I think, do me the world of good because you can't truly (in my opinion) know what it feels like to experience the fear of a severe asthma attack till you've been there and as such generalised support can only be limited to exploring anxiety issues from a general perspective.
