Is it just coincidence?

Hi,

Ok as most of you know, I got a spacer last friday (30/4) after struggling with using my inhaler. Ever since my throat has been getting sore loads and my chest has been bad. is this conincidence or could it be a reaction?

Any ideas gratefully received. lol

Spacers tend to make the throat better as the medication is going more into the lungs that straight into mouth/throat. Also its very unusual to find you get worse using a spacer so its probably unrelated

I'm wondering if your trying to inhale too hard, try gentler breaths. Also worth a try is antiseptic lozenges (tesco do a nice own brand one) I find it really helps with the sore throat.

Thanks, I figured it probably was just a fluke but didnt know what to do really as I guess as I still never quite work out what to be concerned about an what to ignore. lol
