Is this VDC or something eles

Hi i had a lung function test the other day and was told today by consulant that they were a bit worrying, she got me seen by the ENT consultant who looked down my throaut with a long tube thing through mi nose and he said that mi vocal chords are not open propaly and that they are opening about 50%, i was just woundering if this is VCD as he didn't say this but somthing beinging with p and ending i thing fluck something, sorry i realy can't remeber these long words, but i have been looking over the web and these bords and VCD seems to b mentioned a lot and i woundered if it was that.

Sorry that i don't no much it's just they didn't really explain and i was abit shovckred 2 ask at the time
