drug interaction question

1 for those in the know!!

can you safely take Contac 12 hr cold relief whilst on 60mg codeine phosphate 4 times a day.

I have a stinking cold and contac usually help but need the codeine as added pain meds currently due to a hip injury i have after falling down the stairs!!

I would normally ask pharmacist but cant get out due to ice and being on crutches not mixing!!!

Could you phone the pharmasist? Their number is usually on the sticky label on the box/bottle.
