ventolin neb

Can anyone explain to me please why when I had pre and post salbutumol tests yesterday after I had had the ventolin through the neb why I felt so much better and it lasted longer thasn when I use my inhalers. Also I nipped into liverpool following my hosp appt to get a couple of things for my hols but did 2 shops and was so tired didn't really want to go back to work. Is this because I had to stop the inhalers prior to the tests or what?

salbutamol nebulisers are a higher dose than your inhaler, hence thats why it works better cos you get more drug. You were probably more tired cos the higher dose makes your heart rate go up so you tire out easily thats the only explanation i get. I know i'm always really tired after i have nebulisers anyway.
