Right arm felt strange

I'm on a lot if asthma meds but have never had this before, when I was having an attack the other night my right arm felt strange....... Heavy, from the socket of my shoulder down my arm. I've never had this before, had anyone else had this? Going to my consultant tomorrow will ask the question, but wondered if anyone had ever had this.
