Which neb is more powerful

Can anyone advise. I have searched high and low for the answer to this but still stuckIs there much difference in delivery power of the Clement clark AC400PortanebPari turbo boyI have found info on the Clement Clark but cant find them on the other two.Yes I have tried many sites and I think the porta neb site is a bit naff so now tearing my home upside down to find the original leaflet.If anyone can post the specs that would helpThanks

I have a portaneb which is a good work horse.

The main asthma UK site has a downloadable leaflet on treatment with Nebulisers

(Look in the green box labeled 'all about asthma' at the top of this page - it is somewhere there! ) which has all the company details on it.
