Tetanus is fine, I had a booster last year after skewering myself on a chain link fence.
Not sure about MMR,though.
The MMR is a live vaccine which cannot be given to immunocompromised patients. Prednisalone lowers your immunity but it depends how long you have been on them for. The world health organisation suggest that if you have been on high dose steroids ( around 40 mg) for longer than a week then you are at risk of lowered immunity to infections. Talk to your GP or consultant as they will be able to say if it is safe for you to have the vaccine.
