Constant cramp like feeling in legs...

Dunno how relevant this is but here goes anyway, for the last couple of nights ive had a constant cramp like feeling in my calves (sp?) was wondering if anybody could think like why this could be?

Im on 40mg pred at the moment but have been for the past two weeks, and i havent done anymore exercise than usual if anything have been doing less...

also...does anybody have ay ideas how to relieve it? i slept with a cold wet towel on em last night , it kind of helped but didnt half make a mess...

Emma, you have answered your own question you have not been doing a lot and you have lost muscle tone. I know you have had a couple of admissions recently and all that ""no exercise"" means once you start moving around normally at home again your muscles are weak and stiff. I promise it does get better, gentle exercise and stretching will help but work up gently and ""feeling the muscles stretching is fine"" but stop if it hurts.
