Muscular Pains in legs - any advice please.

I have been taking quinine for cramp, induced through Serevent. It does seem to be working but now I am getting a lot of pain from the top front surface of my thighs down to my knees. It comes on at night following stretching in my sleep and is so painful it wakes me up several times in the night. It happens in the day time too, if my legs are in certain positions (flexed). Could this also be caused by the medication. I also take Qvar. I have been taking anti-inflammatories at night but that dosn't make any difference to the pain. Any advice would be appreciated.

I get pains like that but mine are due to low potassium levels because off terbutaline and pred reduction? i find radox baths help ease the pain and heat?
