Lung cancer and asthma

I was diagnosed with lung cancer last August and am being treated with maintenance doses of chemo-therapy. I have recently had a lot of trouble with breathlessness and coughing - which I thought was a side-effect of the cancer. However - it looks as if at least some of these symptoms are asthema-related. I have been using a Reliever (very helpful) and am now going onto a Preventer.

I am wondering if there is anyone else out there with the same combination of conditions.

BTW - I have found my GP practice and nurses fantastically helpful.
