what should my peak flow be?

ive blown 500/510 once, tends to be around 420/430. is it the highest your personal best is meant to be or is it your ""average"" reading? sorry to ask..

It depends on height and age, but your personal best I have been told is the best you have blown when well recently...mine is around 500 I am 34 and 166cms. I do occasionally get to 500 not often, today mine was 400 ish so not terrible at all. When in hospital they sat anything below 220 for me is not good, below 170 appalling but above 350 I am heading in the right direction. I think you can find what it should be online but them you have to know what is good for you.

according to a doctor in GP surgery, its not even asthma. its panic attacks. heh.
