outside bad-inside good!

i am yet again totally and utterly fed up. my chest had stopped wheezing, no phelm etc so decided to slowly walk the dog wth my teen around the block and within 5mins i was ill.still not good hours later,shaking with inhalers, coughing like a smoker in the morning and feel like ive got a belt tight around my chest. sooo maybe being a hermit is a good thing....hope everyone is feeling better than me xxx

HI Jay, I know the feeling very well. I am having a good day so far today but by the end of the day I am going to be ill again So while I feel well I am going to out and hopefully going to treat myself.
