I'm not keen on eating loads of bananas either- I have to disguise them. I think I read that root vegetables are high in potassium. I found this list of foods that are high in potassium, hopefully there are a few things you like.

Oranges

Apricots

Avocado

Strawberries

Potatoes

Tomatoes

Cucumber

Cabbage

Cauliflower

Chard

Bell pepper

Eggplant

Squash

Crimini mushrooms

Brussels sprouts

Turmeric

Parsley

Spinach

Broccoli

Hope this helps.

Take care
