Omega Gliadin allergy

Hi All

Does anyone have experience of the above specific wheat allergy that is associated with exercise induced anaphlyaxis? (Its a new one to me.) Thanks

Hello Almo,

Yes, I have heard of exersise induced Anaphylaxis in association with exposure to an allergen.

I think it occurs when you are exposed to an allergen but then only have an anaphylactic reaction a few hours later when undertaking some form of physical activity.

Try the Anaphylaxis campaign for more info, their help lines are quite good.

Thanks Kate. Have looked on line and very helpful. It was the 'exercise' bit that threw me as i dont do any LOL!!!! Am used to the bog standard anaphylaxis but this is too strange even for me, hey ho you live and learn!!
