Latley I've been symptomatic alot and often run into epsiodes of wheezy and out of breath, and the pain and tightness in chest. I am usually not this bad but sometimes get into it. I was away for the summer in California working at a summer camp, lived in the redwood forest in the moutains, my asthma was pretty much none exsitant while I was there. Now I am flaring up!! Any advice?

Only advice I have is - go and see your doctor/asthma nurse! If you're flaring up you need to see them so they can adjust medication - maybe they can up the dosage or give you an add-on. But definitely go and see them, they ought to be able to help and you don't want to just leave the symptoms alone.
