Does anyone else have this? It seems that no matter how hard I try to aim the damn thing towards my airway, I always miss and feel something hit my mouth when I breathe in!

Just wondered if anyone had any top tips? Preferably not envloving hanging upsidedown or anything.....

the website here gives you demo of proper use of inhaler at asthma.org.uk/using_your.html

or you could ask GP or buy a spacer they are not exspensive and will help you have a better technique many consultant prescribe them as matter of course. Many cons say it is unlikely anyone can use inhaler correctly without one. Also the particles of the meds are much smaller user a spacer therefore go deeper into lungs.

Thanks for that Bowmei, I didn't know that bit of the site existed!

Its really helpful, so thank you.

Dizie, if it's the dry powder version (looks like a pac-man) I have the same trouble, i find having a drink or rinsing mouth out afterwards help.
