paranoid about paracetamol

Has anyone been listening to what there saying about paracetamol is it true that it can now be harmful to asthmatics?im worried cuz my little boy suffers with febrile convulsions when he gets a high temp.if i cant give him paracetamol then what cuz i have to stear clear of ibuprofen cuz he reacts to it.any body no wots wot?

Mine had a couple of febrile convulsions when babies and it was terrifying to watch.

I'll still be dosing mine with the pink Goo regardless if they need it!!
