Synth Test

Wondered what other experiences people have had off this?

I am currently half way through it and have a few palpitations and fast heart rate but that's ok as expected - more feeling more awake and high alert - so hoping this means that my adrenal glands have been asleep I wondered what this meant in terms of asthma meds, as i have been on pred a long while as seems to keep the chest clear, but last year after infection upon infection i just couldn't recover from them and my cortisol was 4 or 8.

Can anyone help? had similar experiences?
