hospitalisation duration

hi anyonne my wife has been in hospital since sunday morning how long does it take to feel better she had been unwell this time for 2weeks and had gone up to 60mg pred and taking combivent3 tms daily is now on steroid iv and thylene[dont know about that one]

unfortunately, time in hospital varies person to person, so we cannot say how long it will take for ur wife to feel better and 'escape' from hospital.

it depends on:

1. response to treatment

2. how she feels in herself

3. any tests she may need

4. any other specialist docs she may need to see?

a whole list of things really, i know its hard, but be comforted to know she really is in the best place and when she returns home to you, she wont be 100% but she will be almost there

hope her time in hospital is quite a short one and her recoivery is quick
