Hmm, I suppose I ought to think about it this year. I'm offerred it as I work in a hospital, but haven't bothered before now. Might be more of a big deal if I catch 'flu now I guess.

Hi Guys,

i got attacked by gp after she cornered me on a visit a while back. The jab was ok but my arm was really sore for about 4 days after, so much so i couldnt even sleep on that side. Gp keen for me to have swine flu jab- still not sure about that one, also need to have pneumonia jab as well :0

Our surgery doesn't send for us until October. Son had a very bad reaction a few years ago and he didnt have it for a couple of years. But consultant said he must have it every year. My husband has it too, cos he's had bronchitis a few times.

i didnt have mine last year. i had what we all thought was prob swine flu which was treated as flu but never got round to having flu jab as the surgery ran out. the doc didnt believe me so asked the nurse (after asking why i hadnt had it) who stated i would get a call when they had more in. i didnt get a call and was too late in the season to have it when i remembered, plus was on n off meds. when i have had it though my arm hurts like hell after so not looking forward to it.

got my name down on the flu clinic injection days. All ads in surgery but not till october at

our clinic xxx

Had my flu jab and also the pneumonia jab 2 weeks ago and been ok with them xxxx

I had mine this morning, my arm is a bit sore and swollen, but I'm okay other than that.
