New year ressolutions

What are your new year resalutions this year and have you managed to keep up with the one you made from last year?

Mine is to get out more and stop worrying im going to have an attack which keeps me stuck in my flat alot so going to take everything one day at a time.

Mine is to keep the weight loss continuing, now 15Kg below my peak weight, and, also to try and keep the gradual Preds reduction continuing, down to 12mg from what was a long term (5 yrs) of 15mg.

My New Year resolution is not to make New Year's resolutions so I won't feel like a failure. That way anything I do will be a bonus and give me extra brownie points for myself - the feelgood factor.

mine is to try and spend more than 10 weeks at home in the whole year. That and spend lots of time with my as yet unborn nephew! :-) xxx

I think mine is to find a hobby i can do with my asthma, that i enjoy.

Congrats on weight loss Gorn Fishing, any hints, need to lose a few pounds me self. New Year resolutions, well I generally don't make any, but life has been a bit tough lately, and poor hubby has been getting it in the neck, so I am going to try and think before I nag!
