After two years on them and gradually cutting down but never seem to come off completely. I am down to 10mg for last three days, my body aches and cant stop sleeping. i know this is a punushment that we have to go through to get aff them but how do you all handle it mentally. I am relying on the nebuliser to get me through the days. In past experiences the first three days off the steroids were hell, then my body would pick up and i would feel better than i ever did on the things, but they are so good for controliing the asthma. Seems to be a no win situation. Do most people feel this way when coming down off the steroids or is it just me.
