Hello to you all.

I am tired of meeting myself coming back and am hopeful that some of you out there have a few tips.

I work full time. My day starts at 5 when i reach for my neb,up n showered to get littleman up by 6.

I leave home at 6.50 to drop little man off before work and we get home around 7pm.

I then get started on house bits and getting ready for the next day. Its often gone 10 before i even contemplate sitting down.

I am tired all the time and asthma is totally off balance.Maintenance pred at an all time high and copius amounts of salbutamol keeping me a float.

Little man not been well for 3 months, i am lucky to get two consecutive hours sleep which obviously is contributing to my sleepy disposition. Being reviewed asap by consyltant, that was the last phonecall. still waiting!!

In an ideal world I would work less but sadly thats not an option. Hubby works two jobs and is only home two nights a wk and he is too exhausted to muck in and help.

I am starting to feel the pressure and am just hoping that maybe someone has the magic answer. chel.xx

ps winning the lottery would help but I fear thats not likely to happen.

Hi Chell

I've a very good solution for your asthma.

I'm Soes Sagoenie, living in the Netherlands (Europe) and I would like to tell you about my powerfull healing massage oil.

This is a new product to heal people from their asthma, bronchitis and mucus and it works.

My massage oil heals people from their asthma and bronchitis.

Believe it, the massageoil is so powerfull that during the warm massage, the oil directly through the skin and begins the healing.

The massage should be done a few days in a row.

My healing massage oil can not be compared with other ordinary oil.

I've massaged other people with ashtma, bronchitis and mucus. They are all cured of their asthma.

How does it works.

I use warm water to warm them up the back, then I massage with my special oil, very warm. When the back is warm enough, I use a towel to keep the back warm.

After this I start massage the chest on the same way as the back. After massage I hold their body for 10 minutes very warm so that the oil is rapidly absorbed by the body.

Day by day after my massage people have improvement.

Every body knows that heat therapy has a healing and my massagetherapy is a heat therapy with my special oil.

My healing massage oil can not be compared with ordinary oil.

Some people needs a 3 day massage and some needs more days.

It is guaranttee for 90%.

Soes

Hi chell,

I am always amazed and impressed with how people keep going when they have children and poorly controlled asthma. I struggle with just me and my 2 cats! Is there anything you can slow up on, delegate or do less often?

Jac xx

PS I just wanted to say i am annoyed on your behalf at the reply you got below too!

Hi Chell,

I don't have any magic tips for you, but I just wanted to say that like Jac, I am always amazed when people with severe asthma manage that as well as busy lives - in your case full time work, a child, marriage, etc!! I have trouble doing much at all when I'm really struggling so I can imagine how hard you push yourself.

It sounds like you're burning yourself out though. I absolutely HATE it when people say this to me, so I'm usually loathe to say it to anyone else, but it really sounds like you need to ease up a little and try to rest. I really do hear you when you say working less is not an option.... is there any chance that maybe you could take some leave and take it easier for a little while? I'm sorry, I know that's probably really unhelpful and not what you want to hear at all, it's just I know that when I'm struggling and pushing myself to keep going, I usually manage for so long before ending up really poorly and being forced to take time out from a hospital bed!!

Dawn xx
