hi all my son has had asthma for about 3 years started his new pump thursday (flixotide) i no asthma pumps take up to 14days before they start working he been complaining his chest is hurting and im struggling to get him to take this pump through his spacer he seems to try and avoid it, is the chest pains he gettin cause his body hasnt got used to this new pump yet or no?

You should speak to/take your son to GP. It is not common for a 3 year old to complain of chest pain.
You also need to be carefull that he is not making up excuses, but at least if you get the GP to check him over you will know for sure.
