NASAL POLYPS

Hi everyone just a quick one, my littleone has been suffering for over a year with a blocked nose, this stops him sleeping at night and runs clear all day long. he is on steroid nasal spray for a year now with not much improvement. i have however just been told by my gp that he actually has very large nasal polyps. he explained that he could be like this for many years until they shrink or he grows into them.

has anyone else had these problems and do they resolve themselves.
