Hi my son has been playing football for a while but recently his cheeks seem to go white and the outer edges of his face are red if he runs alot. He uses his inhaler before the game as its been concerning me. He also has hay fever which is treated and seems under control. Can any body offer me any advice on what may cause this or what to do?

Hi my Sons gets the same thing when they run about a lot, it's worth keeping an eye out for asthma attacks. My youngest Son used to have severe attacks when his face went red and patchy and older Son had mild attacks, but now they are older we don't get the attacks. Now we have no warnings at all with the youngest but he has severe and difficult asthma which is hard to treat. Hope someone comes up with some answers why
