We know this hot weather is difficult for many of us, so we thought you might find the information on our website helpful and informative. You may also have your own tips for keeping cool that you’d like to share.
The temptation is to open windows when its hot, but when there’s no breeze and the temperature is high, you’ll find that you’re just letting the hot air in. So, our top tip is to keep your windows closed until the temperature drops in the evening and keep a blind down or your curtains closed.
Also, keep a bottle of water with you to stay hydrated.
