I am thinking of purchasing a Foot and leg massager for my Neuropathy, has anybody had experience with these and if they help with the pain and boost circulation.

I use my Revitive everyday and find it does seem to help with circulation. It’s easy to use and I like it.

I had one but had to give it away. I have atrial fibrillation and it gave me palpitations. They don't warn you that you shouldn't use it if you have a heart condition. I use inflatable electric boots instead. They are very comforting and do help my feet.

I don't know if you've tried it, but I used to coordinate an HIV+/AIDS retreat weekend, and many of the participants suffered neuropathy in their feet and legs. One year we had a reflexologist present a session, and she demonstrated how to use a golf ball to relieve the pain and numbness. I've used it when my legs and feet get those sharp, stabbing pains and it seems to help.

Yes, I use a golf ball too after a reflexologist said it would help massage my hands and feet. The reflexology massages helped me get back some of my feeling and movement in a dropped right foot from compartment syndrome through poor operation aftercare.

my yoga teacher used a tennis ball in a similar way .

Also a wooden foot roller with a handle .

I have a soft plastic ball that can be used for squeezing hand exercises

what do you do with the golf ball!

You use it to massage, but also put pressure points on the bottom of your foot. Put the golf ball on the floor or carpet, and then step on the ball with one foot and roll it around. Do the same with your other foot. Caution: Don't press so hard that it's too painful. The goal is to keep at it for a few minutes a day.

In pilates we sometimes use a prickle ball, its about the size of a tennis ball but prickly like a hedgehog. Some people love it, I don't! 🤣 A pedicure with foot and leg massage on the other hand . . .

Neither do I, but don't tell the Pilates teacher.

I had been thinking about a revitive as reduced mobility had led to swollen feet and diuretics have little effect but, my goodness, they are a price. I think that I'll try an exercise regime instead and save the pennies.
