Hi all... I'm running the Alton Water 10k on may 19th... For those of you who dont know about me... I've had bronchiectasis now for 36 years (fairly severe in the base of both lungs) but luckily I'm able to run with a few coughs and splutters.. this is going to be a hard course as there's alot of hills and rugged terrain...
