Not giving in..oh no!

Hi friends hold you all bearing up,as well as my lung problems Bronchiectasis COPD and and asbestos iv just been diagnosed with polymialgia rheumatica ya that one ha ha extreme mussel pain in shoulders,neck and hips but refuse to give in, can't afford to for my familys sake and my own sake,hope you guys don't mind me shouting this out, cheers Ger 😁

Hi Hidden , I had polymyalgia a few years ago and was treated with huge doses of prednisolone. And I ate and ate ! Going from a size 10 to size 18. Beware and I hope you`re pain free soon. Sheila x

Aww thanks Stella and that's exactly what I been given prednisolone or should I say more and hear what your saying because my Dr even called them a necessary evil
