Son got new job and walks all day,but his feet is killing him.Any suggestions?

He could try some gel or memory foam insoles. I'm on my feet most of the day and find them really good. 😊

Soak his feet in Epsom salt.

Could try the epsom salts or im sure years ago, my brother was told to use surgical spirit to harden the soles of his feet - suggest a look on dr google.

If he was not used to walking like this his feet would get tired give it time for his feet to get used to it. Does he have any health issues??

If you take him to a fitting shop where they measure the feet you will probably find the following

Wrong shoes/boots = sore feet..

Main culprit is no or incorrect arch inside the shoes.

I would suggest get him fitted with a pair of shoes that match his feet.

And just as important a thick pair of woolen socks as they absorb any moisture.

Sprinkle a little talc powder inside the shoes.

It has worked for me both playing sport and working (Postman) for years.
