I've just played organ, keyboard and guitar for our church harvest festival service, following our two day ArtsFest event where I organised the performance programme, and our church raised over £1700 to be split between church funds and St Lukes Hospice. We've just got back from a bring and share harvest lunch and barbeque after the service - a rest at last! before I return to church to play keyboard for the evening healing service. The weather is lovely and sunny - but this is probably the last before the return of October weather.

What are you up to, Ruby? Hopefully not taking selfies!

Today! Haven't been up to much. Started lifting some weights. Been playing around with zumba. Got some dvds of it. Its fun! You should try it. Still working and getting all my steps in. You sound really busy! You must be feeling

I am, if a little stiff. Did over 11,000 steps each ArtsFest day because I was acting as sound engineer for all the acts who had come to perform for free. Also ran a kids drama session which was very physical - walking, jumping, lying on the ground pretending to be cats, or kneeling pretending to be an apple seed growing into an apple tree, etc. Great fun, but all sorts of muscles protesting now after not being used for a long while.

Back to the gym tomorrow to continue my exercise on prescription following the PR course I completed in August.

Morning ruby, we're both doing better thank u, not great but a whole better than we was. Sun shining here at the mo suppose to change tonight though, rain coming, to be honest the weather doesn't bother me anymore I have different ailments in all kinds anyway, hope I have a lovely day. Xx Sonia xx
