I have found the same problem. I have copd and asthma, but could only put one condition down. Hopefully they will sort it out.

I had forgotten all about this poll ha ha I haven't seen any results posted by BLF but I could have missed it as I was offline for a time. They will not be accurate though, unless they only want one condition.
