I think you need to have advice from your doctor. Certainly talk to the BLF nurse. Click on "about us. I am wondering if there is a website for parkinsons + forum. Not surprised you feel depressed about everything, ahoney. You did right to talk to us. We are a friendly forum and like to help but sometimes ...need to ask the experts. All the best - pergola x

ahoney please take pergola's good advise and ring the BLF nurse. please don't suffer all alone. There must be a Parkinsons forum somewhere. Have you not eaten because you are too tired to cook or because you are not hungry.

There is lots of help out there. Perhaps have a talk with your Doctor too. Someone more knowledgeable than me will hopeful post some helpful information for you. I have severe emphysema but at present am coping OK. xx

Hi ahoney.

I'm sorry you are ill. You sound so sad and it's very unfortunate that you have Parkinsons to deal with as well.

But ahoney, it is not the end. You are just feeling very down and unwell. But you don't need me to tell you that.

Do please take pergolas's and Suzy6's advice and call the BLF nurses or get someone to do it for you. They are so kind and understanding and seem have so much knowledge.

Talk to your doctor as well. It's just not right that you should feel like you do. You sound so alone but we are all here for you to talk to anytime.

Please take care of yourself. x

ahoney, do see your doctor as soon as you can - it's not right that you should lose your appetite, you need al your strength to see you through the winter.

Also ring the BLF helpline, cost of a local call & office hours. They are so helpful and will give you guidance.

03000 030 555 ............ have you got support around you? xx Peeg

Hello ahoney...my husband has ILF and Parkinsons... feels much the same as yourself. I went along the IPF route and consequently my husband had yet another Oxygen assessment. All was as okay as could be expected. It may well be the Parkinsons... I don't know. We are waiting to see the PD specialist anyway. Perhaps you need to go along that track? I do hope you get sorted and send my best wishes. Hope you soon find an answer and some respite. J
