Covid Pain

Hi, is high white blood cells a chest infection or could it be pneomenia? Been flawed with Covid went to a and e last week couldn't breath with given neubilizer, antibiotics and steroids . This week post covid had to go back a and e felt like heart attack and breathless lots pain in lungs this time after going outside for hour. Only ecg and bloods this time. Been given different antibiotics and more steroids, hosp gp thinks that's its seperate infection Ive been having pain in lungs since stopped last lot of antibiotics, gp said was just inflammation at the time. Covid virtual gp thinks it could be as I went outside the covid makes you exhausted it can happen. Can't seem get off these steroids every time taper back on thrm asthma attacks now covid side effects , now on my 6th lot in 6 months. Now it's made me anxious to to do anything.
