Asthma patterns

does anyone else find that their asthma follows a certain pattern so to speak i am finding that need bucket full of ventolin in am then cope for rest of day b4 starting to struggle again at night. Have got appt with costa asthma nurse week Mon so will try and remember to ask then as well cause its a pain.

I have found I get patterns liek that at times...

Is this your 1st appt with costa asthma nurse? I found them a great help - got me much more direct access to con and generally they listen, and thru access to con, have tried different meds etc that had not been suggested before.

I have experienced sometimes at night, before bed (before an attack) what i can only describe as an onslaught of depression. It was a while before I figured it was brought on by my chest tightening. As soon as I've used the ventolin it just supsides completely, so at least I know it's a symptom of a bad attack, rather than something else.
