so i always assumed i had endometriosis. i have so many of the symptoms!!! extremely painful periods, tilted uterus, excessive bleeding, somewhat painful sex (was told its because of my uterus), ovulation pains etc.
when i went on the pill in 2018 things got better
when i switched to an IUD in dec 2019 (8 months ago) things started getting worse. i was in the ER a month later, cramps got worse, sex became unbearable and recently i started spotting after sex (only like 2 wipes and its gone). im so turned off now because i know it will hurt. i went to my gynecologist about these issues.
i just turned 21 and in the states thats when paps start so i had my first pap smear and they just called and said it was abnormal!
im afraid that my symptoms could he those of cervical cancer. they didnt specify high or low grade. i asked bc of resarch and they said it just said abnormal. i have a colposcopy on thursday. she reassured me it does not mean i have cancer and she doesnt want me to he worried. my anxiety is making me crazy! i need some reassurance. has anyone had symptoms of cervical cancer but it turned put to be something else?!
