adenocarcinoma of the bladder with unknown primary

I have had 3 bladder biopsies, two of which came back positive showing adenocarcinoma with signet ring cell appearance. I have undergone a full battery of tests in order to find the primary site. All results have come back normal. I am going crazy with the uncertainty. Has anyone had a similar experience? . Are there any tests beyond colonoscopy, colposcopy, gastroscopy, mammogram, ultrasound, bloods, PET and MRI scans? I am to have biopsies of my uterus in the near future. Please help if you can.
