hi Samsong1234, hope you feel better now... I suggest you to make a blood test for Rheumatoid Factor. I have experienced terrible pain in my joints, and after the test i confirmed that i'm positive to RF. The doctor prescribed a treatment (glucosamine chondroitin) for 3 months. Now the pain is gone... Best wishes for you!

Hi Samsong1234. I'm only a two week newbie here.

Still trying to find my way around.

I know your post is 9 months ago, but I thought I would just check and see if you are still here.

I hope you are doing okay and enjoying your weekend.

Keep strong and I wish you a wonderful Sunday.🤗

Hi peltier.

Thanks very much for giving so much of your time doing that reply I'm truly grateful.

I'm just taking paracetamol an European when I am bad a'd I gave a morphine form of medication for emergency if I can't cope with the pain. But I mainly just use warm soaks, slow gentle walks, some chair exercises on my kitchen chair as I play the YouTube chair exercises. Then as I need them I would use the painkiller but the holistic approach is also brilliant it's what's kept me out of a wheelchair all these 20 years, it's just this stupid new diagnoses of the neurological function disorder that's setting my other physical conditions off that's driving me nuts. Thank you so much for your reply and very informative post. I wish you a pain free rest of the week dear friend. Healing hugs and light 🤗🤗😇🙏
