I have PsA : was on MTX for 8 years, drug and pain free for 1.5yrs, now having a relapse 6 months but determined to stay off the immunosuppressants and ideally become drug free through alternative therapies. But it’s hard yakker tbh...
So for pain and inflammation am needing to take ibuprofen these past few months...
Are you taking any and if so how much?
Thx
