Can anyone suggest anyways of easing a headache after methotrexate. Started a few weeks ago and have horrendous headaches for three days after?

I found drinking lots of water for 24 hours after taking helped.

Yes if one metabolises MTX faster than average then kidneys liver will be working overtime hence need for hydration. Perhaps avoid caffeine?
Have sinuses been checked?
