Hi everyone wanted to know if anyone has taken hyaluronic acid and collagen supplement to ease the pain in knees?? I’m taking turmeric but not really helping with pain and stiffness. Hope you all have a pain free evening and a good night’s sleep.

I take collagen supplements and they do make a difference - I stopped taking them and the pain started up again, then went away after a couple of weeks back on them.Be aware though not everything works for everyone, others will probably say they didn't work at all! Worth a try though I'd say.

Thank you so much JackyAM. I’ve bought some with hyaluronic acid. It’s my knees feet and now even standing is so painful can’t take much more.

Yes I've got problems with my ankle too, it can feel very stabby when I walk.

Let me know how you get on with the hyaluronic tablets, I could try those too :)

My only recommendation is if you have thyroid issues and take thyroid meds these supplements could skew your lab results and should be stopped at least a week before you do your labs.... If you don’t have thyroid issues I say try it out and see what happens everyone is different and one person’s cure could be another person’s nightmare.

Do you have Arthritis like RA or PSA or do you have Osteo Arthritis? Maybe seeing and orthopedic doctor to have cortisone injections in knees might help.
